Entry fee
・Plan A (Participating with accommodation/advance reservations required)
Accommodation fee: 15,000 yen + Venue fee: 3,000 yen (total for 2 days)
(All-you-can-drink for dinner, breakfast, and dinner for 2 hours)
Accommodation and venue fees will be collected separately. Please pay the accommodation fee to the inn, and the venue fee to the management.
・Plan B (Those who participate in the tournament without accommodation or meals/advance reservations required)
Venue fee: 6000 yen (total for 2 days)
This plan is also available for those who secure accommodation on their own.
・ Plan C (participation on the day)
Venue fee: 3500 yen per day (2 days total 7000 yen)
This is the plan for the tour on the day. Only observation and free matches are possible
Those who participate in the tournament must pay the venue fee for 2 days.
・Plan D (visit only)
Venue fee: 1000 yen per day
This is an entry-only plan. Please note that the game cannot be played
- The accommodation for Plan A will be a Japanese inn, so each room can accommodate a team or two or more people. As the capacity of the inn is limited, we ask for your cooperation in sharing rooms where possible.
- Once you register for Plan A, it will be treated as a reservation for accommodation, so there is no need to make a separate reservation for accommodation with the inn.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your stay up to 5 days before the start of the tournament. After that, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged up to 2 days before, 50% if canceled the day before, and 100% if canceled on the day or without notice.
- To cancel your stay or change your participation plan (such as changing from Plan A to Plan B), please contact the management at the bottom of the page.
- Also, if you wish to stay in a single room due to various circumstances, or if you have special requests regarding room allocation, please contact the management from the bottom of the page.
- The venue fee will be used for venue rental, construction and distribution expenses.

Notes
- In order to prevent infectious diseases, please be sure to wear a mask when entering the venue and take measures to prevent infection before participating in the tournament.
- The general public also stays at the ryokan. Please be careful not to disturb other guests
- On the day of the event, video distribution and shooting in the venue will be performed by live distribution. Please note.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
- Equipment, including cabinets, is covered by rental. Please follow the manners when using.
- On the day of the event, three sets of enclosures have been set up at the venue for both tournaments and field games. We also plan to operate 2 sets of circuit boards and 2 sets for home use (PS4 version Capcom Fighting Collection, Xbox version Vampire Resurrection), for a total of 7 sets.
