Entry fee

2 days total 19,500 yen (accommodation fee: 16,500 yen + venue fee: 3,000 yen)
(Includes 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink for dinner, breakfast, and dinner)

Accommodation fees and venue fees will be collected separately. Please pay accommodation fees to the inn and venue fees to the management.
The accommodation will be at a Japanese inn, so each room can accommodate a team or two or more people . As the capacity of the inn is limited, we ask for your cooperation in sharing rooms where possible.
Once you enter, your accommodation will be reserved, so there is no need to make a separate accommodation reservation with the inn.
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your stay up to 5 days before the start of the tournament. After that, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged up to 2 days before, 50% if canceled the day before, and 100% if canceled on the day or without notice.
Those who are participating by securing their own accommodation, those who are participating without staying overnight, those who wish to stay as a single person due to various circumstances, those who have special requests regarding room allocation, and those who wish to cancel their accommodation, etc. Please contact management

Check-in to the room is from 15:00 and check-out the next day is 10:00. Please remember to return the key by the check-out deadline.
The room key will be shared, so please be careful when managing it.

Venue fees will be used for venue rental, setup, and distribution costs.

Entries will be accepted in mid-August.

Registration is for teams of 2 people. If you have decided on your team, please register from "Team entry". If you have not decided on your team but would like to express your participation, please register from "Entry by invitation".

If you have decided on a team after registering as an "Intermediate Entry", please cancel your registration and register again as a "Team Entry".
Due to tonamel's specifications, "Intermediate Entry" will be treated as an entry that is not eligible for participation. Thank you for your understanding.

When you arrive on the day of the tournament, please first complete the accommodation procedures at the front desk on the first floor, pay the accommodation fee, and complete check-in.
Next, pay your participation fee at the tournament reception desk on the second floor, receive your name plate, and enter the venue. (The name plate also serves as your admission ticket, so please do not lose it during the tournament.)

Notes

To prevent infectious diseases, please be sure to wear a mask when entering the venue, and please take precautions to prevent infection before participating in the tournament.
The general public also stays at the inn. Please be careful not to disturb other guests.
On the day of the event, there will be live streaming and filming of footage from inside the venue. Please note
Smoking is prohibited in the venue throughout the day. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area in front of the entrance.
Equipment, including the housing, is provided through rental. Please be sure to follow etiquette when using the facility.
Please refrain from eating or drinking near the housing or game console. Please eat and drink at the snack area while watching the game.
On the day of the event, three sets of enclosures have been set up at the venue for both tournaments and field games. We also plan to operate 2 sets of circuit boards and 2 sets for home use (PS4 version Capcom Fighting Collection, Xbox version Vampire Resurrection), for a total of 7 sets.
